About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support the content requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and ensure data accuracy across systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on large volume of unstructured data and convert it into structured required format from various data sources like flat files or online research and data collection and working in a dynamic environment where precision and critical thinking are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities


 

  • Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Support data modelling, data mapping, and documentation activities.
  • Automate regular reports and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and engineering to deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Ensure data governance, quality checks, and adherence to best practices.
     

Skills & Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
  • Solid understanding of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and experience with data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with Python or R is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a collaborative mindset.
